Events are shown in the 7-day and Monthly views when the calendar is enabled.

Install Hé Guǐ
▾ How to install Hé Guǐ
iPhone / iPad Open Hé Guǐ in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. Launch Hé Guǐ from the new Home Screen icon.
Android / Chrome Open Hé Guǐ in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then choose Add to Home screen and Install. This installs Hé Guǐ as a standalone app. Open it from the Hé Guǐ app icon—not from the browser—then allow notifications when asked so reminders can arrive while the planner is closed.
Desktop Where supported, use your browser's install option in the address bar or browser menu.
Hé Guǐ records installed-app use when it is launched in standalone mode from the installed icon.

Add Change / Application
Choose what you want to add. You do not need to select a roster day first.
Add Leave
Choose the leave type first. The calendar will then let you choose any start and finish dates.
Tap a day heading: once = Available, twice = Unavailable, three times = clear. Tap individual 30-minute blocks for exceptions. Rostered blocks cannot be changed.
